The whole process was easy - not too much moving of furniture because they actually take up a very small space when down. The bottom rails even have little rubber feet so it doesn't scratch your floor.

Great quality and when there was an issue with the screw fixings to the upstairs opening, this was remedied straight away.

Competent tradesman who would disappear up there all day and did a great job. Very happy with the simple action of folding and unfolding. Make sure someone's not up there first! Adds a whole new dimension to the usable space in your house.

We had an attic ladder and 7metres of storage space installed in our investment house. From start to finish it was all quoted and installed within 10 days. The service was friendly and helpful both from the office and the sales rep. It would have been helpful to have been advised of a couple of things before the job was finished and paid for but the after-sales service has been helpful to this point in time. Being out of the country at the time made it difficult to check the space and work at the time of it happening so that was unfortunate. But overall we are very happy with the work and service.
