Having our attic ladder installed was easy and given us so much storage space. The process and service was great and the installer very professional but friendly.

Installation of a superior quality attic ladder. From the first phone call I was treated professionally and courteously. Options were described and quotes given. Appointments for site inspection and installation were made and kept. The work was well done and instructions, both verbal and written, on operation and maintenance of the ladder were succinct and easy to follow. The site was cleaned up at the end of the installation and all rubbish removed.

I had an Attic Ladder installed in my 100 year old Edwardian House and the job they did was terrific. From the moment we made contact, they were professional, quick and have provided a great service. And they cleaned up their own mess.... which is unusual for Tradesmen.

A double-glazed manual opening skylight installed in a loft space.
We found that our steel frame house presented a bit of a challenge but the installer made it work. The job had to be postponed a couple of times due to rain (not their fault - no-one wants a hole n their roof when it's raining!) but they were good with communication. They were also flexible, leaving us to organise our own plastering/finishing and reducing the price accordingly. Our plasterer was more than happy with the way the installer had left it for him. Top marks for the installer, the sales guy and the office people. More than happy. We will have them install another couple similar skylights in a couple of years as we adapt our loft space.

Service was prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. Our inquiry was dealt with in a timely fashion. Installation of the attic ladder was smooth, tradesperson was tactful, personable and cleaned up after himself. Office staff were polite and flexible when we requested a change of date.
