We ended up needing a new heater when the old heater was found to be no longer serviceable. The service and advice by the office rep and technician who came out onsite was very professional, proficient and courteous. Best of all there was no sales pressure and the price was by far the most competitive.
Will gladly and without hesitation do business again when the need arises.

We required replacement of heating and evap cooling. Quote was done on the spot by the sales rep with install arranged within a few days of us requesting. It was a difficult install on a pitched roof but all went well and guys spent time to get the job done to our expectations first time.

My old duct heating and all of pipe need to be replaced.

From my first conversation with Daniel, I felt confident that ACS had the experience and expertise I was looking for. Daniel gave me a very competitive quote for a Brivis 6 star gas heating system included installation that surpassed two others that I had contacted for the same job with same brand machine.

Not only they tried to focus the efficiency of the new system operation but also they tried to make their designing in return air grille and duct pipe connection to match the structure so that my property can be value added. I believe this is very important to all of property owners. They even make a chipboard box to covered return air duct hole so that we can keep away from dust.

I got phone call twice to confirm the installation time since I missed their first call and forgot to get back to them after I received the voice massage, sorry!

Thanks to the technician Alex Wiles and the other team players, my duct heating and all installation was quick and tidy. All the guys cleaned up after themselves and took all the rubbish away.

With tenants currently renting my house, I asked the real estate agent to organise quotes for evaporation air. Other companies sent through quotes with nothing further. Aus Climate called me to clarify exactly what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend, what my plans were for the house etc. From the start they set themselves apart, explaining everything to me, never pushy and just helpful. On the day before install, the heater at the same house died and it was so easy to just have them replace that too. They walked me through rebates, warranties etc - I could not fault this company and would use them again in a heart beat. Thank you all so much.
