This is the 2nd time we've used Aus Climate Systems, good pricing and communication throughout, without having to muck around with different trades as they organised it all.

Really good advise and recommendation provided on options to suite our requirements and at a very competitive price. The installation team who arrive on time, were friendly and polite and left the home in a clean condition. We went with the brand they recommended but which we were not considering, and are currently happy with the unit.

We have been disappointed by the service received from Australian climate systems.

The sales person Daniel was two hours late for his initial appointment. He then spent a good amount of time inspecting our property and explaining some options which we didn't mind at all however he was very negative towards other companies we were comparing to which I thought quite unprofessional.

It has now been three weeks and we still haven't received any follow up or seen any prices despite us chasing him.

Therefore I can't comment on whether they are any good or not as we never moved past an enquiry stage.

Just poor customer service really.

Great communication throughout the process with 'honest' advice around suitable units. Installation team were exceptional despite very inclement weather conditions and got us happy and warm again. ACS are highly recommended.
