We used them the first time 8 years ago and everything was perfect, once we needed a service we called them, they were prompt to come and fix our heater just before the cold wave. Unfortunately the damage done by ants to our unit was far too advance to have the unit working through the entire winter. They came a second time trying to fix it but after thinking about it we realised the unit was too far gone and it was a better option to change the unit. We organised a new unit and it was delivered and install within 5 days. At this time we also thought of getting a quote for an extra aircon. After having experienced a bad installation by another aircon company I wasn't going for the cheapest option but the most trusted one. Australian Climate wasn't the cheapest option but they came with the best unit on the market and I trusted them with the installation. So they reinstalled my older illinstall aircon and the new one for a very reasonable price. Now I am please to say that the heater is working great as long as I keep those ants away from the unit, I am very happy with the older aircon as it now works as it should be and the addition of the new one is just fantastic. This year was very great for our wallet but, I know all that have been done, has been done correctly and it will last for a long time if we keep up with servicing our units and I trust Australian Climate will be there to do so.
