We have just had replacement ducted heating installed with old unit removed from house and new 5 star unit put under the floor. The service has been excellent from Dan the sales guy to Nathan the plumber and Stephen the electrician. Not forgetting Kylie in the office. The installation was completed on time and they cleaned up very well after them.
We had a problem with noise on the Brivis 5 star heater but Nathan returned the next day and made some adjustments to improve this to our satisfaction.
We are very happy now and highly recommend this local company. They are friendly and professional with great customer service.

Great service. Our heater broke down in the middle of winter and they came out the same day, and got it installed ASAP so we wouldn't suffer too long.
They changed over the old unit for a new one and cleaned up all of their mess.

We recently had Australian Climate Systems install a Daikin split system into our bedroom. We were keen to have the internal unit installed on an internal wall and ACS were the only company happy to meet this requirement. Service and communication was good and installation was done promptly. Very happy.

In need to replace our old and dying heater, I rang around a few places before calling Australian Climate Systems. Daniel was very professional and took time to inspect my property. Others only quoted me 3 star units, whereas Daniel explained that 5 star units may cost more at the outset but will pay for itself in energy savings in the long run. He also taught us a thing or two about home heating. We opted to go with the 5 star unit.

Aaron and Corey were punctual when they came to do the install. There is not much space for them to maneuver under the house, but they managed to do a great job and got themselves muddy and dirty in the process. They also replaced some of the old ducting that were broken. I think the job took them longer than they thought, but they did not rush it.

All in all, we are very happy with our new heater after one week. Not to forget Kylie who is friendly and helpful on the phone and email. Australian Climate Systems is a top business, and we highly recommend them!
