Like most people I was a little concerned about ordering online. Always wondering if you are dealing with a reputable company. I was initially quite hesitant to purchase online without seeing the item in person. I was also a bit skeptical of being scammed given the item was really good value compared to similar products I'd seen. Was a bit unsure about buying online..diamond bracelet. However, the experience has been more than I could have asked for. I phoned Wade as I was unsure about what diamonds to choose etc...I also wanted to get a sense of “did he sound trustworthy”! He did and was very patient advising and guiding me on how to order online.. no hard sell... I ordered online and received a phone call a few hours later checking that I actually ordered the right diamonds....reason being I had discussed ordering the lower quality of diamond but chose to go up a grade. That call put my mind at rest..you usually don’t get a call to suggest you spend less money! Received the order within the week, it was beautiful and will be much loved by our daughter. The enclosed valuation was a lovely surprise...much more than the cost but what you would expect to pay in a jewellery store. All in all, would highly recommend!
