After searching for a replacement engagement ring I came across Australian Diamond Network. I don't usually shop online so was a little apprehensive. The quality of the diamond was by far the best value for money and Wade could not have been more professional and helpful. I took his advice in the selection of diamond and the setting and I am so glad I did. My ring far exceeded my expectations and Wade delivered ahead of schedule. As many will know, shopping for an engagement ring can be both exciting and stressful. I began my search in October and was not getting very far, I was overwhelmed by all the information.

I was referred by a work colleague to the Australian Diamond Network and made contact with Mr Wade Burbridge. I have done business with many people in my life but was absolutely blown away by the customer service provided by Wade.

Everything about my experience with Australian Diamond Network was truly unreal. From general enquiries and quotes early on, to a quality final product at a really good price.
Wade was incredibly helpful and not the slightest bit pushy like other jewellers I'd previously dealt with. He simply offered friendly, experienced advice and information regarding everything. It honestly could not have been a more pleasant and helpful experience.
Had some reservations about purchasing all the way from Western Australia, but was politely reassured by Wade that all would be fine. Was not disappointed with the outcome in any way, shape or form.

Very happy with the entire process from start to finish ! I started the process a little overwhelmed and with little knowledge about diamonds or rings, Wade was more than helpful with providing information and guiding me through the process. Great communication and professionalism throughout. The end result is fantastic, my fiancée and I could not be happier ! Definitely recommend ADN and will be back in the future.

The diamond tennis bracelet that I purchased for my wife exceeded expectations. I am happy with all aspects of the transaction, but was extremely impression with the speedy responses from Wade via email, and was reassured with buying online when he gave me his mobile number if I needed anymore info. 10 out 10 for service, quality and value. Wade was fantastic from start to finish. I was updated on the progress of my diamond bracelet from start to finish. I required the bracelet to be delivered to Perth by a specific date and Wade ensured that happened. The tennis bracelet is stunning and I could not be happier. I would definitely use ADC again.

I had wanted a specific design for my wedding band but it was hard to come by a jeweller who would custom design a wedding band without making you pay a mint for it.

Searched online and found ADN and Wade was easy to deal with, professional, and happy to explain things to me regarding the details and how it can change the design and what not based on the type of diamonds etc that I had asked for.

We were initially nervous to purchase such an important and pricey piece of jewellery online however after some communication with Wade from Australian Diamond Network we were confident enough to proceed and we were very happy we did. Through some further back and forth communication with Wade providing various options for colour and clarity for our main diamond to work in with our budget, we ended up with a customised ring designed exactly as we asked for. After looking at rings through retailers we found much better value for money with ADN. Wade also went above and beyond to get my ring to me by my desired date, which was really appreciated.
