Did the rounds of the retailers looking for single diamond studs then discovered Wade and the Australian Diamond Network online. Can't fault the service and Wade's knowledge about diamonds.
Now have diamond earings that are not mass produced, plus learnt some things about diamonds that I would not have learnt via retailers.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Wade from Australian Diamond Network. He was incredibly helpful, offered to give me advice even if I didn't buy from him, spent a lot of time making sure I got the right diamond for me, and price-matched another jeweller even though it didn't result in a huge profit for him. In the end I ordered through Wade because of his superior customer service. The time from ordering to receiving my ring was about 6 weeks which I believe is fairly standard and I am extremely happy with the finished product - a beautiful custom-made diamond ring. Fantastic business and I would happily buy from Wade again!

Wade is highly skilled and incredibly knowledgeable about diamonds and the diamond industry. Wade was highly recommended to us and we bought and designed my engagement ring with him. As we are in London and Wade's in Australia, the whole process was conducted online. We were nervous about spending such a large sum of money on something we could not actually touch and see before receiving the final product, but Wade’s process was amazing. He patiently and swiftly answered our numerous questions, and guided us through the process of how to choose the best value diamond for our budget, sharing certificates, photos, explanations and recommendations. Wade also had meticulous attention to detail around the design and setting of the ring ensuring we considered all of the elements, so there were no surprises when we received the ring. We also had a wedding band created to match the engagement ring with a ring of diamonds. Both are unbelievably amazing. The process, the value for money - in fact the whole experience was amazing. I cannot recommend Wade highly enough.

I would strongly urge anyone looking for high quality, hand picked diamonds to speak to Wade - I visited several top end Sydney stores with high google reviews who treated me like I was a time waster. I was shopping for a $20-$25k stone with top end cut quality (In the top tier of the GIA ex/ex/ex bracket with a particular pa/ca combo) these stores treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about, I researched for 3 months prior on Pricescope forums and had a very clear brief of what I was looking for - that's where I was lucky enough to stumble across Wade...

Wade is completely different to deal with, I found his honesty & down to earth approach incredibly valuable. Not only was he competitively priced, he actually made the purchasing experience much more enjoyable - as it should be!

He knows his diamonds and will walk you through the differences between your selections, but will also work with you if you have specific stone qualities you're looking for as I did. He can translate it back to you in a real world picture so you have great confidence which was paramount when I was spending $$$ sight unseen.

I came across Wade and the team at Australian Diamond Network (ADN) through a reputable educational diamond / jewellery forum, and was quickly impressed by his thoughtful, easy to understand and highly informative posts. I decided to contact ADN to create a solitaire diamond pendant, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. I gave the team a budget and rough guide as to what I was after, and was quickly presented with a number of options to suit my needs. Wade was incredibly patient, answering lots of somewhat repetitive questions and allowing me to change my mind multiple times before settling on something I was comfortable with - and the result is stunning. He went above and beyond to ensure I knew exactly what I was getting, and kept me well informed during the manufacturing process.
