Very good communication, and transparent presentation of the vehicle. Was allowed in my time to inspect the vehicle thoroughly, allow for an independent mechanic on-site inspection, take many photos and drive the vehicle without any objections from AVL. Spoke to Hass over the phone prior to inspecting vehicle and was greeted by a professional, informative and friendly salesman. Had previously been 'scared' by several dodgy dealers so I was in no mood for games or sales tactics. He was sensitive to this and gave us an honest approach as well as making every effort to help us secure a quality car that we had long been searching for (even went interstate (Sydney*shudder*) prior to this as Victoria had very few cars at the time).

We ended up buing from Hass with complete confidence, our every whim met no matter how small.

Buying a car was also going to be a daunting experience as I have zero mechanical insight so put alot of trust into the seller of the vehicle. I ended up at AVL after my husband recommended them based upon prior experience dealing with them. From the first time I met Laine there I felt he was truly interested in me and not just selling a car. He wanted to see me satisfied and obviously recognises that if I am happy I will come back and also recommend to others.

Hass is amazing. I purchased a car at AVL purely because of Hass. His customer service is second to none, and the deal on the car was fantastic... I doubt I'd have received a better deal anywhere. I am very pleased with the customer service and utmost professionalism of all staff at Prestige cars, in particular Miles. I highly recommend Prestige cars and would purchase a vehicle from them again in the future.

In addition, everything Miles said they would fix / touch up etc. was done so to a high standard. Detailing of the car when it was presented for pick up was faultless.
