AVL was helpful in answering all questions relating to the vehicle of interest. As I was an interstate buyer I had lots of questions & requested additional information & photgraphs etc.
There was a problem technical problem with the vehicle when I arrived to collect, this was unfortunate , however AVL provided me with a loan car & freighted my new car to my house in Adelaide. They also offered me the option to cancel the purchase. Given the circumstances I don't see what more AVL could have done.

AVL were the consumate professionals, both Hass & Lane sorted any small problems found with the vehicle immediately. Which is very reassuring for an interstate purchaser. The service provided was performed in a friendly, professional, informative and efficient manner. I have already given cards and recommended this business to friends and colleagues.

Fast return on information. Accurate and honest information, although there was some confusion of interstate registration transfer which ultimately fell into my lap. The process was efficient and professional, not the usual used car salesman approach. I would definitely use them again.
