We have been customers for years, but unfortunately the service has slipped to a point that we are no longer comfortable returning our cars for repairs.
Hi Chris, it's Chris here, first up again thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I would also like to thank you for being such a great customer for all those years and allowing us to look after you and your vehicles. Unfortunately, as we discussed on our call we made a mistake, and whilst we have very robust systems and procedures in place, we could not remove all human error and we own that 100%. Regardless, we still went over our internal procedures to see if there was anything else we could improve for the future. We have also offered to pay for the next stage of the repair plus a free service for any inconvenience. Thank you again Chris on behalf of all the Autoplus WA team .

They have a business model second to none. Each staff member is friendly and auto work has always been done efficiently. I always receive comprehensive information about work done and future work to be done or monitored.

Friendly staff, kept me informed of service schedule and cost, very competitive service pricing. Free internal clean down and anti-bacterial spray into air filter ensured peace of mind during Covid. Would definitely recommend for milestone Euro car service 10/10.

Had my car serviced last week. All staff I encountered were very friendly, most helpful and efficient. The car was serviced as per my request, the staff explained what needed to be done and the car was ready at the time arranged. Great service!

Absolutely 1st class service. The service begins with the girls on the front desk, cheery souls. My vehicle was looked after by a very competent mechanic, Chris, who spent the time to explain the problems and the actions taken to rectify the faults. It was a big ask as my vehicle is 50 yrs old and was a challenge to assess the fault and then repair it. Thanks Chris. The business ethos is one that should be followed by other companies, nothing was too much trouble and I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere throughout my experience.

Very thorough in their diagnosis and work. They prioritise the problems in your vehicle and attend to the most important issues first. They also assist you by dropping off you at the closest shopping centre and pick you up later when the work on the vehicle is over. There is also an ongoing monitoring of their work done on the vehicle free of charge. In short, they are more human in their approach.

Great service, friendly and affordable. Will be going back again! You have my service! The only negative was getting a sticker on the back of my car without my permission. 30 mins lost due to picking off the dam thing.

I have been using this family business for close on twenty years now to care for our cars. The service couldn't be equalled.
