My Car had been making noises which eventually become louder and louder.I like that Autoplus persevered until they found the whole problem.They went to some trouble to locate the problem where it was.Once sorted parts were ordered but we had to wait for them.When the parts were available, the team had my car for the day and I was able to drive it home. It was a quite as a mouse. I appreciated having the use of loan car. I have been a customer at Autoplus for about 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They were very professional in their dealings - fully explained everything that was done and needed doing. Prices were very competative and they provided a pick up service and also provided an break down service. Auto plus was recommended by 2 friends and I can understand why.

I particularly like how they are happy to give a rough quote for a service, but then keep you up to date every step of the way so there are no hidden surprises at the end. I have been getting my car/s serviced at Midland Autoplus for a few years now. Chris was recommended to me by the local tow truck driver when my car broke down. I honestly can say that they are the best mechanics that I have been to and I cant see myself going anywhere else. They are well priced, on time, very clear on what has been done, or what needs doing, friendly and above all honest. They are a family business who genuinely cares about their customers and are more than happy to help.

I've been taking my car to Chris for years. Honest, reliable and reasonably priced service, which are all so important for a woman in an industry like this.

After getting a complimentary service from Midland Autoplus via a Facebook competition they had made some suggestions (there was no pressure) to have some further works done. I called and asked for a price for 90K service which was $100 less than a competitor so I booked my car in with no hesitation.

Small extra works were found which again were surprisingly reasonable in cost and there again was no hesitation in getting these extras done at the time.

When I came to collect my car there was a bit of a hiccup as I hadn't realized it would take extra time for the couple of extras and as I had to collect my children from school there was no dramas and the guys lent me a loan car.

I highly recommend Midland Autoplus for both the customer service of all the workers here and also their top work done on my little Hyundai Getz.

Midland Autoplus was recommended to me a few years ago and I have not looked backed , I would not take my car to any one else, my family now also use only Midland Autoplus .Allen , Chris and their amazing team are not only Professional, experienced and local, they are welcoming and honest.
