Fantastic place to visit when pregnant or with children.. Its the place to find all that is needed for a baby.. From bibs to high chairs, bedding, prams, cots etc etc.. The best place and has been very useful after having our first bub.. Staff are all very kind and helpful too.

Always a friendly smile and offer of help. They stock a huge range and have knowledgeable staff on hand for us first time mums!

They have a large range of products and we easily spent 2 hours going through the store. We bought our a pram and a carseat for our daughter and staff were friendly and happy to answer any questions we had

They have a huge range of products and are very reasonably priced. I have always found the staff to be really helpful and have a great knowledge of their products. This is especially helpful when making choices for larger more expensive items such as prams and car seats.

The staff here are obnoxious and I personally have never had ruder service than at this store. The product range is very good and reasonably priced, however i would only shop here if absolutely necessary

Although i had to go look for a member of staff to help me, they were wonderful and helped me find exactly what i was looking for, my only issue was collection at the back of the store, when pregnant some people have a negative view on passive smoking, the store men were smoking whilst i gave them my receipt.

Its like all places depends who serve you & who is helping you. Most of the time they are pretty good. the range is fantastic prices are fair i love to shop here for my family & gifts for my friends.

My hubby and i went in on a saturday just before lunch. The place was packed with people and yet there were only 3 staff on! You can imagine the line up with one person on counter and the other two held up answering questions about prams, which easily could be answered if those people looked at the info cards on display. I would also call ahead if you have a voucher for their free baby bag from the bounty bag as they run out of them very quickly and generally have no idea when they will have them in stock.

Fantastic store! Very grateful it has opened here in Frankston. Staff are friendly & products are awesome! Very helpful with questions & products etc, I reccomend this store to all my mum friends. Will continue to shop here & they are lovely with your children when they come into the store with you!
