Extremely nice Indian cuisine. It is an absolute pleasure to eat. I reckon it has to sell the best butter chicken in Melbourne- when ever I eat Indian I always order this.

Yum! This place has fabulous Indian food (plus a few Nepalese dishes) - my husband loves it! We've enjoyed eating in, but it's even better value to get takeaway - which we get a fair bit! What else can I say - what could be better than good company, great Indian food and a beer!

Approximate cost: $14

Have been going here for years, but have moved out of the area so always enjoy making the trip back over to have a great value, extremely tasty meal. The most excellent Korma ever.

A pity about the fire last year as the new premises are a lot smaller and not as traditional decor/kitsch as the old restaurant but still a good dining experience.

If you need more room visit their sister restaurant in Malvern Rd, Glen Iris - exactly the same food/prices.

Approximate cost: $15.00

The best Indian food around, they have (by far) the best Butter chicken I've ever had.
Every time we go there I decide to eat something else, and when it comes to ordering - I break down and order the butter chicken
We prefer to do a take away and not sit in

Approximate cost: $12

This restaurant offers some of the best indian food in Melbourne, it is fantastic - the flavours are great! The restaurant burnt down some time ago, however has now been rebuilt across the road and is just as good (if not better than it was). The staff know about the food and are happy to suggest something, it works out to be a cost effective night out with friends if you order a few mains for the table. They also allow you to BYO wine, which is good as their wine list is somewhat limited.

Approximate cost: $18

The best Indian in Melbourne. The service is quick and friendly, the food is fantastic! But you need to book as they are always completely full!
