I have been coming here for three years and am fearful about having to find somewhere new when Sue closes up! Tania, Maria and the wonderful Sue are so friendly, caring and meticulous; Summer Scents is definitely the best beauty salon I have ever encountered. Everything is spotlessly clean; laser & waxing are done quickly & painlessly (as possible!). Not only that, prices are very reasonable in comparison with other businesses. Highly recommend! Just had my first GB experience last week and must say it was fantastic! The couple of glasses of wine were much appreciated!

I had Nat for a colour & cut and after only a short conversation about my likes & what I wanted she got to work with a half head of foils. One of the best colours I have ever had! I have had so many compliments on it, so much kudos to Nat! Nat also did a quick trim on my hair and neatened up the current cut, which now sits really well.

The staff I was fortunate enough to speak with (Ewan, Sam & Maddie) are extremely friendly & down to earth (unlike more common pretentious salons) and the small space means you can have a conversation that everyone is involved in.

Loved it more than I can say & will be back again & sending friends & family!

Have been going here for years, but have moved out of the area so always enjoy making the trip back over to have a great value, extremely tasty meal. The most excellent Korma ever.

A pity about the fire last year as the new premises are a lot smaller and not as traditional decor/kitsch as the old restaurant but still a good dining experience.

If you need more room visit their sister restaurant in Malvern Rd, Glen Iris - exactly the same food/prices.

Afnaan is The Eyebrow Queen - simply the best!

I have quite thick dark eyebrows which have always been hard to tame but over the last few years Af has gently moulded them into model-perfect brows and I am always happy with the result.
Af ensures brows are the right tint & shape for your complexion/face/hair colour and is an absolute perfectionist - always plucking those pesky hairs until they are neat as a pin!

Visiting Arch Enemy is an absolute pleasure, with friendly conversation always happening and both Af and Michael (who runs Gadhra & Milesian hair in the same space) are always offering drinks or snacks.

Highly recommended - book now! It can be hard to get in especially around spring carnival & Christmas...

I have been going here for years, even after I moved out of the area. I now travel an hour each time - simply to see Dr Joy. Each time she attends to more than I have requested and is also very considerate of costs involved and my time. Although I have now discovered she is very hard to get into unless you are a previous patient of hers...still the other doctors are just as wonderful, very friendly, straighforward and are always thorough.
