Excellent Excellent Excellent !!
We had a problem and Energex were unable to assist and told us to get an electrician. Our usual fellow had recently fallen ill and retired so I promptly logged into WOMO to find someone in our area. I found one sparky and called unfortunately he was unable to attend but very kindly gave the numbers of 2 others. I called the first number and I can honestly say it was the best experience ever. Brett Wilkie was looking at our problem within an hour, it was a little out of the ordinary and he made a couple of suggestions for us. We opted to have some modifications made to our switchboard to bring it right up to date and this in turn isolated the problem which was very simply corrected. The whole process was very professional it took two visits over 3 days due to our schedules. Not only was the work carried out efficiently, Brett checked back with us to ensure everything was working as it should be. The bill was sent after he was sure all was ok. I would certainly highly recommend this electrician not only for his professionalism but efficiency and friendly approach in correcting an electrical problem
