I wish to thank Chris and his team at Banksia Arborcare who did a very professional tree pruning job on my large Angophora Tree. The steep access and sloping terrain were handled in a superb manner, and now the tree is enhanced as dead branches and trimming of branches close to my house was achieved.

In spite of all the good reviews which led us to consider and engage Banksia Arborcare, we were left utterly disappointed. We were originally quite impressed when Banksia Arborcare first came onsite to provide a quote to prune a large tree in our backyard. We accepted the quote and booked a date and time for the job to be done. However, after not turning up at the expected start time, and not responding to several calls to ascertain their whereabouts, they eventually called to delay the job a few hours, then called again later and cancelled altogether. The booking was rescheduled for a week later, to which they failed to show up again, without any explanation as to why. Despite numerous attempts to contact them (ie. phone calls, text messages, emails), we've never heard from Banksia Arborcare again. We both work full time and had re-organised our schedules to accommodate both bookings, but were never given the courtesy of a response, let alone an explanation. We sadly found Banksia Arborcare to be totally unreliable and would not recommend them to anyone.

Contacted Banksia Arborcare after the reviews I saw here. Chris was great: he communicated well, had competitive pricing, was punctual and polite. The guys did a great job trimming back overhanging branches, they were efficient and cleaned the area after leaving. Chris was also able to provide advice and information about the trees. Will definitely use them again for future works.

I actually discovered Banksia Arborcare on Womo. I had loads of unwanted trees against our fence at home. I had these guys remove them for us. Chris was really helpful and I will be sure to go with them again.

We have used Banksia Arborcare at our strata property several times and they are great - remove and trim what is requested, they are polite and thoughtful, arrive on time an clean up afterwards. All the things that really make using a service better.

Banksia Arborcare removed several trees. They were professional, took great care, worked extremely fast and very helpful. I'd definitely use Banksia Arborcare again and have already recommended them to other friends.

I had about ten large Lilli Pilli's pruned in a very tricky around our pool area with limited access.
The quote was very reasonable, there were three guys working together to complete the job and nothing was too much trouble. They also left the area clean and tidy before they left.

Over the past 15 years we have had many, many tree's removed from our overgrown garden, mostly Palms that must have been in fashion 40 years ago and now just a messy pain. For the past 15 years I have used the same company for this service, but recently found them very expensive. So, I decided to check WOMO to see what other people had recommended. At the time only one was recommended, but I couldnt actually call those people, because all you got was a lengthy voice mail giving you a hundred other numbers to call. So I decided to give Banksia Arborcare a try. They were listed in WOMO but hadn't had any reviews. Well, am I glad I did. Their price was half that of the competitor, and their work just as good. Extremely polite, on time and willing to do on the spot changes (yes I found another tree hidden amoungst the plams). I also asked the owner Chris for advice about other tree's to be pruned. He was honest in letting me know the impact that it would cause to the health of the tree, rather than just do it and get more money. Anyway, one of the real attractions is the fact that they are so professional. You get a quote via email, including all the government taxes, so you know these guy's arn't another mob that don't pay taxes and ask for everything in cash. I will definately get them back to remove all the palms from the backyard in a couple of months. Thanks guys
