Extremely disappointed & upset. Words cant describe how much I regret getting it done. Im embarassed by the way they look. I got a lashlift and tint a week before my trip overseas. I left the place with nice top lashes but my bottom lashes recieved a strange perm. They've curled upwards with some curling to the sides, they look terrible & I am so so upset. Looks like theyve been burnt & I have no lashes. Its just horrifc. Just a weeek before my holiday too, I wanted to look & feel amazing and I feel the complete opposite. I spent so much and had such high expectations, I called to ask if there was something I could do & I was told to wet them as much as I could. Ive wet my lashes like my life depended on it but its still terrible. I dont want to go overseas like this but theres nothing I can do about it. I understand things happen but this has really ruined me & the thought of going overseas like this makes me so upset. Will never get a lashlift again.
Besides this, staff members were very friendly and the place was clean.
Biggest regret of my life, makes me upset just thinking about how I will look like this for over a month.

Great for walk ins, but don't expect to get away without an "upsell" whether it be tinting or a cream they will try to make you feel less pretty than before you walked in. The workers are kind, but get the sense that they are under great pressure to make extra sales

This place has amazing decore and lovely smells and sounds going through it. It is this ambience that has kept me going back wanting to believe it is amazing but sadly it doesn't live up to my expectations. Their wax always makes me break out. Something I don't experience elsewhere. The $100.00 eyelash tint and perm I had was flat and lifeless. I find this salon incredibly overpriced.

Very clean salon located at the base of the escalators, they carry dermatologica products which smell amazing, and feel lovely on the skin, no hard sell and the treatment was very professional and salon was clean and also smelt nice. Lots of clients in waiting room when i came out which indicates good service.

Really pleasant professional experience. Booked in for half leg wax and eye brow wax and tint. The eyebrows were absolutely perfect. All the staff were extremely professional. The assistant asked if I wanted my toes waxed (as part of the leg wax) which I consider a mark of a good salon. Comfortable, beautiful, clean. A tad pricey but you are paying for high quality.

Yvette, is fantastic provides a wonderful service and makes you feel like an old friend. Great environment for feeling pampered and relaxed, never try to upsell on unneccesary products. IPL treatments are high class, preformed by well educated staff.

These women have been tinting my lashes and waxing my brows for ages. They're great. Have also been spray-tanned (a daunting prospect when the sprayer is half your age and THIN) and enjoyed pedicures. Friendly non-pressuring staff and a phone reminder system for appointments.

I was recommended to Beauty Science over twelve months ago and was not disappointed with the service or their products used. I am a sucker for pedicures and love the massaging chairs. I've even got my husband to have a couple of pedicures, it is inviting to males. I beleive the facials are fantasitic and they use natural products in their treaments.
