After reading the reviews here in WOMO, I decided to try this beauty salon. My skin was at its worst and I was having difficulty with appointments during Easter as it was so busy during this time of year. I was able to book online which was incredibly convenient. My apartment is nearby so the location is a bonus and was easy for me to get to. I arrived at a very large open spaced reception area, looked very clean and smelt very "clinical". Upon my arrival, the receptionist was on her mobile phone, when she saw me come in she locked herself in a room nowhere to be seen. I was left sitting there unattended...Poor Service already. Another BT finally arrived to have me complete a consultation sheet for first time customers. I read online that they're membership would cost $100 to join and there was an option on the sheet to join their membership but no joining fee to be found (possibly a way to trick they're customers). After my microdermabrasion..which was incredibly painful by the way (she told me to tell her when it was too much to bear, I did but she continued anway). I will not be returning as they basically seemed uninterested in helping me. The pros would be the location, the cons is that it is overly priced and the service is not that great.

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the reception area and was presented with a large, spacious salon & friendly staff. This salon offers really good treatments with experienced therapists. I had a lovely facial here and was really pleased with the results. Thank you ladies!

I've been going here for over a year, and have always had great service. It's a very friendly and welcoming place with a good range of services. They also offer promotions and frequent treatment cards to provide discounts to their regular customers. Plus nice things like them remembering your birthday.

I have a number of treatments done here and the quality of their treatments are consistantly very good, however, I am always waiting for a least 5-10 mins over my appointment time to be taken. This wouldn't normally bother me, but there was one occassion I was running 5 min late (and I had prewarned them I might run 5-10 mins late and girl who took my booking said that would be ok!) and the girl was really cheeky to me when I arrived. I didn't think this was appropriate service anyway, but was dissappointed that a) they didn't recognise that I was a regular customer b) it was completely overlooked that I had let them know I would be late!

I had a beautiful treatment with Natasha, she is an excellent beauty therapist. She gave me some great advice that has helped improve my skin over time. So I have really noticed the difference after the treatment. They have heaps of regular specials and package deals, so it's easy to get a well-priced treatment that is great for pampering and relaxing.

I always go to the Beauty Temple for my waxing needs and they are great. Natasha specifically is a great therapist and a lovely person to deal with. They send you reminders 24 hours before your appointments, which helps if you are forgetful like me!
