Paul Wainwright is an experienced builder who has been working in the industry for over 20 years. Over the years, he has carried out a range of different building jobs for my family. Recently, we bought a house and we had Paul come out and do the building inspection for us. He was really friendly and helpful and gave us plenty of great advice. Paul specialises in energy efficient building and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a frienly, reliable builder that you can trust.

Cherie is such a great trainer. She has managed to help me lift my fitness up several notches and also totally overhaul my thinking. Previously, I would have had really negative thoughts like "I can't do it", "I'm too old" and "I'm just not up to it." Now I totally believe in what I can achieve and am loving the new level of fitness I am experiencing, plus the extra energy I have. Cherie is a fantastic motivator and a pleasure to train with. She is so super fit, she is an inspiration to us all.

I have been training with Cherie for about four months and I would happily recommend her if you are thinking about improving your health or getting fitter. Her regular website posts are also really inspirational and offer heaps of good information.

I have only recently discovered that this catering company do take home meals on a Friday night. This is such a great find! I now pick up a take-home pasta or similar dish on my way home on Fridays, meaning I don't have to cook - yay! Last night we had gnocchi with a creamy spinach sauce and it was melt-in-the-mouth delicious. We also had sticky date pudding for dessert - a total treat. They have a lot of healthy options if you're not in the mood for something so decadent. The prices are fantastic, as far as take away goes, it beats a pizza or something because the quality is so superb.

I had a beautiful treatment with Natasha, she is an excellent beauty therapist. She gave me some great advice that has helped improve my skin over time. So I have really noticed the difference after the treatment. They have heaps of regular specials and package deals, so it's easy to get a well-priced treatment that is great for pampering and relaxing.

I love Seed Cafe. We drop in there quite a lot. We have little kids, so we often go before or after visiting the park at Mordialloc foreshore. The food is yummy and they serve organic coffee. Great cakes and specialty teas. We love the interior - it's a really stylish and comfortable place, really relaxing and laid back environment. We've never had a problem with service, there are always plenty of friendly faces when we go.

What I love about Cafe Blah Blah is the wide range of choices on the menu. I love spicy food, but my husband hates it, so I can choose a curry while he has something more traditional. It is a really extensive menu and the prices are great, it's really affordable. The back courtyard section has a terrific atmosphere for a fun night with a group.

George is a friendly cleaner. A friend of mine recently sprained her ankle, so we got George to clean her house for her as a surprise gift. She was over the moon! Her house looked fantastic once he had finished. He was prompt and thorough and she wishes that he could come all the time!

I cannot speak highly enough of this childcare centre. Both of my daughters have been attending for several years. Tonia Grimshaw Lloyd and her committed team run an amazing place. There are a maximum of 30 children, so it is an intimate setting. They have incredible food, with a really great nutrition policy - seriously, I wish we ate that well at home all the time! There is a garden that the kinder kids help out with and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that allows for individuality. What amazes me most is that almost all the staff have been there for five years or more - not something you find in most daycare centres.

Dr Thomas is a kind and caring family dentist. He has been practising in Beaumaris for over 30 years. He specialises in what's known as "early intervention" orthodontics. This means that he helps shape children's faces early on in life, rather than waiting until they are teenagers, when they would have to have braces. My five year old daughter uses a "chewer" and this has helped to straighten her baby teeth, meaning that we may avoid extractions and braces when she is older.

I recently went to Rowena for advice on the structure of my business. It is so nice to meet an accountant who is genuinely interested in my business and what I am trying to do. I have had several accountants over the years who have been gruff, abrupt and, in some circumstances, downright rude. Rowena is a breath of fresh air. She is friendly and helpful and totally understands where I am coming from and what I am trying to achieve with my business.
