Please note that most of their stock is located outside of Australia (they specifically identify whatever Australian stock they carry), so read their Terms and Policies carefully.

Ordered a Panasonic G3 (black) with kit lens plus extra battery and SDHC card
Informed me that black was not available and would not be any time soon - so why were they still advertising it online? They should inform customers if it is in stock before you place your order. Decided to go ahead with order with white body. Customer service were good at keeping in contact.

Product arrived quickly, but extra battery was not Panasonic brand, but a cheaper replica - this was not mentioned on the original order.

Shipping was $110. I have just looked at a US website, B&H Photo, and they would charge US$47 to ship the same order from New York.

I will not use this business again nor would I recommend it.

Because I was using a Gmail address they had to confirm my credit card by sending me a small amount. I ordered a phone cover but I got a lens cleaning kit instead.
But overall I love the Phone which is the main thing.
