Purchased a Pentax FA 31mm 1.8 lens. Excellent price and lightning quick delivery. In fact, took less time from Hong Kong than shipments usually do from Sydney.

I purchased a Canon EF 17-40 mm lens and it arrived within a week with no problems. The tracking number I find jolly useful. Al in all I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency. Pricing is very competitive. Highly recommended on my experience.

I ordered a camera with card and extra battery. Becex Tech had the lowest delivered cost. The camera arrived on time, but the card and battery were not in the box. I sent a query but Becex Tech had already sent them in separate parcels (no extra postage costs).

Delivery was really quick from hong kong, was some small confusion with the delivery , but no big drama's, good work!

One of the cheapest out there. Outstanding communication. It made me nervous not having a phone number to contact them by but they were so efficient at getting back to all my queries via email I couldn't complain. The only down side for me was that they were a little slow getting the tracking number to me and it took 8 days to get to me which was a little frustrating but everything is brand new and in perfect working order. I would definitely recommend their service and I will be using them again.

From my research BesechTech offered the best price on a camera not yet available from Australian retail stores. Whilst based in Australia and therefore providing a feeling of security, they sourced the product from their Hong Kong warehouse. Timely delivery. Very happy with outcome

The price was not the best, but extremely competitive and after a quick chat I decided to try. I needed a camera to be delivered fast, because I wanted to take it with me in a trip.
The problem, as mentioned by others, was about updating the order status. My tracking number was informed after the first attempt of delivery. I was really worried already that I wouldn't get it on time, since my order was still showing as "Processing". I'm glad with the final result, but they could get a 5 stars review for Service, if I had the right information on time.
