The prices are fantastic, the items are genuine (but foreign) and the postage is high, but items for me came from Hong Kong so it wouldn't have been cheap to send. All arrived within 6 days of my order, although they forgot to update the status from processing, so I was worried! In the end, very efficient service.

The memory card did not arrive with the camera, as I expected, and the support site provided great service and follow-up until I received the card. It did take three weeks to get the card, which I found very strange, but the responsiveness of the support people was great so that I never doubted that the order wouldn't be completed. I would unreservedly recommend this site and will continue to use it in the future.
