I've been a customer with Becextech for over a decade. Their prices are almost always the lowest. I've had issues with some of their products, but they have been few and far between. In every case Becextech has made sure to solve the issue and ensure that I am a satisfied customer. Their customer service and technical support representatives are always easy to work with although they sometimes have to rely the answer from other departments!

Becextech has a great range and good product info so you can compare prices. Pricing is competitive, communication is great and priority shipping means the product arrives within a week. I'm really happy with this company after my second purchase from them with no troubles at all.

After purchasing a Canon 5d mark iv we had issues with the battery charger that came in the kit. I was hesitant that Becextech would be able to help us as they aren't the manufacturer. I emailed any way in hopes that at minimum they could give me direction on what to do. They exceeded my expectations by far. They were very polite and helpful from their customer service rep to their tech support rep. They offered to replace the defective part without issue after they received the defective piece from us. They really delivered 5 Star Customer Service!!

Ordered from Becextech for many years. This week, I had the first error in shipping - they had shipped an incorrect (and more expensive) item to me on accident. When applying for the RMA, not only did they take care of it professionally, but even compensated me for the delay and took care of the return shipping.
This, combined with great prices, makes Becextech my first choice when buying electronics

Paid BecexTech $50. Received from eBay. Found price tag on eBay like $11.

Facts:
- Bought a mobile phone and a charging pad from them in one order.
- Paid about $75 to receive the order (2 items) within 8 business days, promised by them.
- Received the phone on the 7th business day, but not charging pad
- The client service guy said the charging pad was not ready and would arrive in another 5 business days
- On the 6th business day, received an eBay parcel containing a charging pad though I did not buy from eBay
- Checked the charging pad on eBay, price tag was like $11 and the model was not for my phone (for old model).
- I paid BecexTech $50 for the charging pad.

I requested return and full refund.

BecexTech's representative offered $20 discount with below response.
- You agreed with the $50 price on our website and it's none of your business where we got it from and who we asked to send you.
- Though you paid $75 for the delivery, we delayed one item is nothing wrong.
- I have a legal team. I know your legal details.

I decided to end the ridiculous process and leave the drama behind.

I believe people can do a much better job buying from eBay themselves.

I will not buy from them again. I do NOT recommend them to anyone.

Very nice price and fast delivery. But delivered company I think need to change. As for me DHL much better than DPEX.

Had a bit of trouble removing options from the cart but got there eventually.
I was very happy about the fact that I have bought this phone at a cheap price, compared to offline stores (I believe.) The delivery was quicker than expected which i am very grateful for.
