Just wanted to say what fantastic warranty service we received.
I was blown away - I thought it was going to be a big drama and it was exactly the opposite.

I emailed you on a Sunday and less than a week I received the new cleaner in my pool.

Thanks to the Internet shopping for proof of purchase and thanks to zodiac for honouring the warranty.

Being in business and doing customer service training on a regular basis - this just gives me another story on how it should all work - you have created a raving fan and a promoter of both your businesses.
