I have been attending yoga and stretch classes at Better Movements for nearly 2 years. In that time I feel I have achieved so much in my flexibility and wellbeing. Class sizes are good with space and time for individual development. Thank you Carmel and your lovely instructors.

I have been attending Louise Holfield's Pilates class for the last six months. I love her enthusiasm, her care for all of us in the class who have various different physical challenges, her hands on approach to correct when needed, the mix up of exercises every week and the opportunity to push further on the difficulty level if we are up to it. The hour flies by and I feel so good at the end of each session. Highly recommend.

I've been doing a Stretch Therapy class with Carmel once a week for over 3 years and the benefits, both physically and mentally, have been wonderful. Being in my 50's and having a desk job I was always feeling so 'rusty' but that all changed when I discovered Stretch Therapy. Carmel is extremely knowledgeable, caring and kind and she makes everyone feel nurtured and valued. You will love the relaxation session at the end of the class!

My daughters attend the Kids Yoga at Findon Swim School. The classes are very small allowing the instructor to really get to know and understand the personality and needs of each individual. Their instructor Bel is calm, caring and friendly and my girls love working with her. They often practise the techniques they are being taught at home together which is wonderful bonding for the two of them and helps reinforce the principles they are learning. An excellent studio has been created and is a great find for our family.

It’s one of those small class that the instructor can get to every individual! With an additional bonus of child minding service, haven’t found another place with that service. Both Louise and Carmel’s classes are extremely enjoyable

I'm attending Chair Yoga with Carmel. It's one of the best decisions I've made. Carmel is an amazing leader who patiently, kindly and skilfully shares her knowledge with us. I feel a sense of personal achievement at the end of every session. I am not young and definitely not thin but Carmel is always positive and encouraging.

My classes with Carmel have been wonderful and I can definitely see an enormous improvement in my flexibility. Looking forward to continuing this progress!

Carmel's stretch class has been a valuable part of my health and well being. My range of movement regresses significantly when I am unable to get there. She differentiates the class to meet the range of needs of each attendee superbly. Highly recommend it for everyone. Carmel is a gem.
