Great work out during Pilates with Louise this morning. Get yourself to her class people - wish I didn't normally work on Fridays.

Small classes, excellent staff, friendly, helpful, knowledgable. The instructors - I have tried 3 - do not make you feel awkward. Studio super clean

Love the small classes, max is 6! Friendly and knowledgeable instructors, really love the stretch therapy and yoga. Lovely studio using organic equipment, the mats are always clean, good range of classes.
