I've been using this service for a couple of years now and I'm really happy with every experience I've had there. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they stock a number of items relating to animal food, garden supplies, fencing equipment and various hardware items. I mostly buy horse feed and horse related items from here and the cost is very competitive and quality is great. I would be happy to recommend them.

These guys have helped us out a number of times now when trying to select the right product and they stock a large range of items relating to rural properties and animal feeds. They offer great advice and are very friendly and helpful. We've used them for a number of projects from fencing, poly tanks, animal feed and especially poly pipe and fittings.

The staff are generally pretty good but I've had a couple of occasions where the service has been poor. As for value for money, you can get many items for a good price but some of the cheaper products really are just cheap and nasty. Layby department in my experience is really poor and needs a better management. When attempting to pick up a larger item from the loading dock I rang the bell 3 times and still no one came so ended up ringing the store to ask for someone to attend. Then they couldn't find the layby item for quite some time. Once they found it I noticed a piece missing which meant another wait while they searched for that. On setting up the item at home discovered another piece missing. The customer service person I spoke to about this was very helpful however and most apologetic. The toilets could also use a bit of an upgrade. Overall though, most staff members are quite pleasant and helpful and I do like the self serve checkouts.

Had a ducted r/c aircon installed in our new house. The return grills were not aligned together and I was told it was because there was a beam in the way in the roof space and the installer had done the best he could. Hubby asked to be shown the problem and there was no beam in the way. The return grills are now aligned together. Also had vents in one room aligned unequally. Again told it was best that could be done and after hubby asked to be shown the cause of the problem in the roof space it turned out that there was no reason for the issue and the vent in question was relocated to a more equal position. Had to hire and pay for a plasterer afterwards to repair the hole left in the ceiling and a painter to repaint the entire ceiling due to the noticable area. Outdoor unit was not placed centrally on the concrete slab made especially for it, instead placed askew to one side.
