We went there with a couple of friends recently and it was interesting. The food was very nice and reasonably priced but it was very noisy and it was difficult to hold a conversation as a result. I guess that means it's popular, but it has put us off returning. Loved their icecream bar!

Fabulous cafe serving up some delicious meals. I mainly frequent this cafe for breakfast if in the area. The big breakfast is the go, bacon, eggs, mushroon, grilled tomato, sausages, baked beans and toast, keeps me going to well passed lunch. Coffee is always perfect as well as friendly service. No complaints.

I met a friend here for a big breakfast, as she had the coupon for a 2-for-1 deal. Very nice food and a good setting, although it can be a bit noisy and hot outside. Still, service is good and I can recommend it.

This one's still going strong and they're reposting in Groupon/Scoopon, so it'll be another good value buy.
Definitely come here for the eggs benny and/or the big breakfast.

While waiting for my wife to finish her dental appointment I waited in the Black Wattle Cafe which is across the road from the dentist. Nice and cosy in the cafe and I enjoyed the coffee. A good selection of food available too for lunch etc. Good spot

Have enjoyed breakfast and lunch here numerous times, have only had one issue with slow service but has improved since then. Their burgers are fabulous, big breakfast certainly fullfilling and also great coffee. Friendly staff with service improving.

Have been here with my Mum several times for Saturday lunch and have always been happy with the service and the food.

On previous visits, we have had the omelette with ham and also a burger with the lot, plus coffee and a muffin. Everything has been fresh and delicious.

Our most recent visit was last Saturday, when we had a Hot Dog with cheese, bacon and onion + a serve of chips and a soft drink. It was part of a voucher deal, at a cost of $15 for the 2 of us. VERY good value.

The hotdog was served in a crusty roll rather than the traditional soft bun and was excellent. The chips were cooked just right and piping hot.

As usual, the coffee was superb and good service made the meal complete. Highly recommend - 8.5/10!

I really like this cafe, the staff are friendly and they offer an extensive menu, especially when it comes to burgers. I recently tried their New Yorker beef burger and my girlfriend the Black Wattle chicken burger, they were very fresh and delicious. We ordered the combo meal for an extra couple of dollars and received chips and a drink for around $16. Well worth it, the burgers certainly fulfilled our needs.

Will be returning for breakfast, as the menu looked great.

A friend asked me to join her for a 'big breakfast' as she had a two-for-one coupon. It lived up to its name, as there were sausages, bacon, grilled tomatoes, eggs and a hash brown on the plate. Well cooked and delicious.

My husband and I popped in here for a quick coffee. Being a nice day we were happy to sit outside. The service was quick and friendly and the coffee was great. The menu looked very interesting but as we only needed a coffee fix and a sit down I can not comment on the food. Parking was good too. We were happy with our refreshment stop here.
