I won't be going to the MIRANDA STORE again. I asked for a full set of foils (advertised as $95 with hair cut and blow dry) with treatment (additional $20). I suggested 2 blonde to 1 dark as I have had numerous times. She decided to use a different technique and did all the foils then painted the darker colour in between. After 5 hours I said I need to be at an appointment and would have to leave by 4.30pm (my appointment began at 11am). The colour did not take at all, she told me this was because I had bleached my hair in the past, never had a problem before. I did not have time for my hair cut or blow dry and had to leave after being there almost 5 and a half hours. She then tried to charge me $200 because I had a different technique, I told her I never asked her to do that I asked for foils. She then reduced it to $165 as apparently foils with 2 colours costs more anyway. I've never paid more before and it is not advertised as that. So after almost 5 1/2 hours I left with (my shoulder length hair) damp hair almost the same colour as I arrived with (no darker colour showing at all), no hair cut, paid $50 more than I had expected to and then got slugged with a $24 parking fee for being there over 5 hours!

it seemed a bit dodgy and i got absolutely hacked at with those scissors, i went to complain but was chased out by a small man [Redacted personal identifier]

Incompetent staff that cannot follow simple instructions, ruined my hair and now need to find a competent hair dresser to fix their mistakes. Manager was standing there compleatly oblivious to me telling the hairdresser to stop that she hadn't done what was asked for. Stay far far away from this place!

Went to the Narellen store and I can honestly recommend nothing positive! This place has terrible customer service, nasty staff and I even observed bullying towards fellow staff members. The hairdresser showed poor technique, my hair looks like it has been hacked at with a pair of hedging shears. I can easily say this is the worst experience I've had at a hair salon! Don't waste your time going there, you'll save yourself a world of regret!

Love the fact it's a set price and no rip off bill shock . Girls were so lovely and I felt waited on . My wait time was less than 10 mins .highly recommend .

Parramatta store has the worst customer service waited over 45mins & was told they couldn't cut my style

Thank god I only paid $15 for a cut. Coz I honestly just paid them money to ruin my hair. Firstly, I waited over an hr and ppl who came in after me were being seen to before me. Even though all I wanted was a few inches taken off and a style. And then when it was time for cut, it was all very rushed. And st the end I said I wanted more layers put in (like I told the hairdresser at the start! and I watched as she did NO layers throughout the cut) and then she told me that it would be too difficult and basically shooed me off. Excuse me! If it's too bloody difficult for you, admit it at the start and get someone who can do it to actually do what I'm paying you for!!!! So angry! I'm now at home attempting to put layers into my hair so it looks halfway decent. Stay away from this place!! I cannot badmouth it enough; the only reason I went is coz I didn't really know any hairdressers in Sydney and thought it would be just as good as any other salon

NEVER GOING AGAIN TO MIRANDA SALON. i had hair dye stained on my hair and neck, told it will fade, wiped with hair removal wipes which burnt my skin, skin peeling off my face and ears due to residue not washed off FOR A WEEK. Treated like cattle, just a number and forgotten, hair is brittle and i don't think it will be the same again. 4hrs and $120 for half a head of foils and colour...lots of hair came out when blow drying was happening, it was a terrible experience. Tried to complain, was told stains would fade.

I went to the Miranda store a few weeks ago to get a "balayage" colour done... The. Worst. Colour. I've. Ever. Received. I get in the chair and the hair dresser just starts applying the bleach all over my ends, doesn't even ask what colour I want it to go. Then puts the time on, the time goes off and because there wasn't enough basins, my colour is sat on my hair for an extra 20 minutes... When they FINALLY wash my hair, I feel it and it is so soft and gummy. They proceed to brush my hair and chunks are literally coming out on the brush. When it's finally dried, it is so dry and brittle it is breaking off even when I run my hands through my hair. I will NEVER go here again. They have completely ruined my long hair they took me years to grow.
