I had my hair done here a few months ago. they took it from red/very patchy to sort of blonde. I was there for over 3 hours... the staff were very apologetic and friendly but the overall gist of it was just very disorganised. they wanted to fit as many people in a day as possible, but they didnt have enough staff to keep up with the workload. they had good priced package deals, but not good enough for me to go back. the girl that cut my hair was atrocious. she blow dried it before using thinning scissors on it. it hurt and ripped at my head and I was very unimpressed

This is my second review on this business because the first (oddly enough...) did not appear. I had a terrible experience at this hairdresser - my scalp was burned, the service was horrendous and I literally left in tears. Stupidly, I still handed over the payment for the disgraceful services.

In no way could I recommend this salon to anyone.

I have been here a couple of times now - both with no appointment time and staff were very accommodating to fit me in at short notice. Everyone was friendly and personable and consulted with me before starting to ensure they were aware of what I wanted. Actual service was quick and fast too - and I loved it both times! I will be back ....

Great Hairdresser's one of the best haircuts since moving to campbelltown, great staff, friendly faces. Pleasant all round

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is one example of - if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I went in after seeing a special in the newspaper for a half head of foils, cut, blow dry and more for only $75. I knew I wouldn't be getting a top of the range hairdresser but I thought - it can't be that bad. It was worse than I could have imagined. My scalp was badly burned, my hair was broken throughout, I lost a significant amount of hair in the process of the foils and washing and more since - and that's just my hair health, nevermind the disgusting shade of orange/yellow I now live with. I have never had anything like this, my hair is naturally dark blonde so highlights have never turned out bad. I don't know how they managed to do it, but they did.

The service was atrocious. The hairdresser I had demonstrated a complete lack of concern when I questioned the results. I did so in a sensitive way until she became defensive and then told me "it's just hair". Hang on - it's just hair?! It's just MY hair. My long hair that I have grown for years, that you have just ruined. Yes, it's just hair. What an attitude to have toward a customer!

It was also obvious that there were people carrying out tasks that we not qualified to do so. I'm sure half the staff are apprentices who are being paid next to nothing and are doing jobs that they shouldn't be doing for friends never mind paying customers.

And then, the final blow to the face came at payment. The price suddenly jumped from $75 to $120. They stated "long hair". To their defense, they did quote me over the phone for long hair but the price was $95 - not $120. I mentioned this and it was dismissed. Stupidly, regrettably - I paid. I have seen reviews on other websites from people with similar experiences but they had the guts to stand up for themselves and not pay.

I cannot and will not recommend this establishment to others.
