Was at the Parramatta Westfield salon yesterday and it was the worst experience I've ever had. Treated like cattle, sat at basin for 15 mins waiting to be rinsed and when I was the girl pushed me around like I was a rag doll. burnt my neck with hair dryer. talked into keratin treatment only to be told after that I had to pay another $50 for the only shampoo/conditioner that would work with it. Appalling and not worth it. Cheap is not cheerful!

Should have known better!
Asked for a tint to match is the ends - medium brown with some red.
Top of my head came out ORANGE!!!!!!!!!!!
"Don't worry honey it will wash out and blend after a few washes" like hell it will - was soooo embarrassed walking out, went straight down to the supermarket and Brought a dark brown to cover it - really - is this place for real - [redacted inflammatory comment]
Don't waste your money !!!!!!!!!

Been to this place a couple of times, would not recommended it to anyone though. I had package 1 done, and was burnt twice while blow drying , staff member was pulling on my hair she could see that I'm in pain but continued . This place may be cheap but it's not worth the trauma.

Went to the Parramatta salon middle of last year. They left colouring in well past buzzer whilst all the staff attended to young woman on the other side of the salon who was complaining. My scalp started to burn and my hair ended so hair was so brittle I worried putting my head down on the pillow per chance of it all snapping off. I did end up with quite a degree of hair loss and now all these months later I am again in mess as the hair is regrowing and sticking up through the longer hair. Daughter went at the same time and her hair damaged then, when got to haircut part was told you don't need one we will give you keratin treatment. Whatever they did was not keratin treatment and ended up having to get another hairdressers salon to cut several inches of damaged hair away the next day. In a nutshell DONT GO.

I have had my hair coloured twice at the Lidcombe salon. Both times I've had no complaints however when I asked for the same stylist I was told she was busy and someone else would do my hair. I couldn't even make an appointment they told me just to turn up. Mary did my hair first visit and I was very impressed. The second time a guy coloured it which was fine however a different guy blow dried it it was terrible. Luckily I didn't have any where special to go. Now after reading all the reviews on various salons I don't think I will be tempting fate by going back again!!

I went to the new salon in Lidcombe yesterday, what a shambles! I seriously doubt that the guy that cut my hair has any qualifications. Who asks you what kind of cut you would like when you are having your hair washed? Everything I told him he said yes but clearly there was a language barrier because he did what HE wanted. He just grabs the hair and cuts, no separation, no thinking. I am not sure of the logistics of this company but the pressure was on to see how many cuts they could push through the door, no pleasantries (apart from calling me honey so much, I felt violated) , no relaxation just go go go! No foot stool (you can't cut hair properly if your clients feet are dangling about) & no hair magazines. Best not to open if you're not ready. So I went & will not be going back, horrible experience for sure!

I took my three girls to Blondes & Brunettes Macarthur Square to get semi-permanent colour (which they have waited on all year). Only for it to wash out in first wash. Paid $120 for 4 days of fading colour. Refused to give me a refund instead offering to charge me $15 per child to have it redone although they advised the same thing will happen. Currently going through fair trading to get my refund that I deserve.

I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. Kip!!! Charged 130 dollars for destroying my hair. 3 1/2 hours there ,while they chopped and changed hairdressers. I was seen by three different people. Waited by the wash basin for 40 mins to get my hair rinsed , that doesn't include the time waiting for the colour to take. I actually had to tell the washer to use shampoo. Other clients were clearly upset at been left too long with colours in their hairs. My hair colour is now a vile tinge of nicotine and orange and dark brown on roots. I wouldn't even go back for them to fix because they will prob make it worse. I will now have to search for a capable hair salon to try and fix this mess. Please please please do not use this hair salon.

I went in for a trim, it wasn't very busy, so I didn't imagine it would take very long (as i have very short hair).

I was seated by one stylist, another came over within a few minutes to put a cape on me, then walked off, then another stylist came over and asked me what i wanted done, and then walked off, then finally the manager came over, insulted my hair style, told me It wasn't flattering or feminine and she would do something nicer, then went to serve another customer, then answer the phone (this phone call lasted over 25 minutes), she then walked out of the salon for another 10 minutes, then she came back into the Salon, didn't apologise for making me wait, and started cutting my hair. At this point, it was ten minutes till closing and she said oh I cant do what I originally planned, it wont work, ill just do what you wanted in the first place.

I would never ever go back to this place, and id never recommend it to anyone. Yes, its cheap, but that doesn't excuse the poor time management and lack of manners.
