good hours relaxed environment there is also a gloria jeans in store for a coffee. only downside is it may be confusing to search for a specific book.

Open late all the time is very convenient. The range is second to none in a bricks and mortar store. Staff are pretty clued in and the fact that there are search computers available for customers is a massive bonus. Some of the graphic novels are a little worse for wear because people do treat it like a library. The in-store Gloria Jeans is a nice touch as well. Prices aren't great...especially on periodicals. Always a pleasant experience though.

Approximate cost: $little pricey

love the range and the hours and that you can sit there for hours and read till as long as you like. Not as much depth in specialist subjects as you would hope for, and the some staff have a bad attitude, but Borders has become an essential part of my life, as books are my major vice! My young kids are welcomed and have enough to keep them happy. We have no trouble getting up to $100 for trade discount and often a lot more. I use Borders as a kind of reward for myself after a particularly long day, and my only wish is that would close at 11 or 12 rather than 10....

Approximate cost: $average prices, better than average value

i loved almost everything about this store, except the victorian bordes stroes seem to be lacking a few of my regularly bought magazines i could buy at borders in perth, namely equus, perfect horse and mother earth news. there seems to be a lack of american magazines available

Borders has always been a great place to go, the staff have always been friendly however there appears to be a lack of them at times which can become tiresome. All in all, a great place to go, you'll end up with far more than you expected!

Borders at the Jam factory has an enormous range of books, media and CDs. I can usually find anything I want if I take the time. I like being able to browse and the chairs available to sit and read.

This store is very good. It has a huge range of items to sink your teeth into. Books, CDs, Magazines and many more. This a wonderful place to shop, especially because of its diverse range of goods. The staff are equally as good.
