5I was attracted to the classes held by Box Class as they offered an opportunity to exercise at lunchtime and outdoors. The staff at Box Class are very encouraging, friendly, helpful and insightful. I have been thoroughly impressed with the excellent communication, attention and professionalism. I've greatly increased my fitness, lost weight and gain boxing skills.
