My coffee machine was under warranty and was sent to Bravo for repair. As this was a week before Christmas I did not expect it back until the new year. The machine was repaired and sent back to me on Tues 23rd December... what service. The tracking/delivery schedule was sent via email and was kept to. I cannot fault their service or the turn around time.

Excellent customer service, prompt work. If only other businesses worked like Bravo. Obviously, I could not recommend having any problems, but if you do...that's the place to go.

After 10!! years my de longhi Prima Donna machine finally gave up. From my first contact with Bravo Repair centre in St Peters I knew I was talking to the right people. After a complete refurbishment my coffee machine was returned to me late on Friday afternoon. After unpacking I discovered it had obviously had a bang to the plastic water tank while in the courier's truck. I rang at 5.45 to tell Bravo, who immediately arranged for a replacement to be delivered on SUNDAY afternoon. That is customer service! Coffee machine is now as new and ready for another 8,000 cups of coffee. Thank you Bravo. Brilliant!
Just had my Saeco Intelia machine repaired by Adam at Bravo. Went in with milk at 30 degrees came out at 60. Great job from the first phone call to pick up. Courteous staff and v-e-r-y competent.

I live in WA and have a top brand coffee machine that unfortunately has a long history of warranty repairs done by other repair companies and recently at close to the end of the warranty period it played up again - this time it went to Bravo Repair centre in NSW - a long way from WA but well worth it. They were courteous, very knowledgeable and sympathetic with my issues. The service they provided was spot on- I am very , very glad I had Bravo address the problem machine.
I strongly recommend Bravo to anyone who has spent big money for a top brand machine expecting good reliability and performance only to find it has problems. I would expect issues with cheap machines and firmly believe that you only get what you pay for.
Modern fully automatic coffee machines are complicated so they need quality technicians to repair them and that's what Bravo supplies.
If you own a Porsche or BMW would you take it to the local garage for repairs ? I hope not! You would take it to the specialists.
So if you need quality repairs then don't just take your machine to the nearest repair centre - send it to Bravo.
Forget the rest - choose the best!

I rang to book my DeLonghi coffee machine in for a service and was pleasantly surprised to be told by the lady at the other end that my problem could be fixed over the phone (at no cost). She walked me though step by step what needed to be done and now my machine is working perfectly.
She was very helpful and had very good customer service.
We had a refurbished DeLonghi Auto Coffee Machine that was under warranty and had some problems so these guys arranged a courier to pick it up, then when they found it couldn't be fixed replaced it with a brand new machine and had it couriered back to our front door within a couple of weeks. No charge to us.
These guys know what they are doing, but often have a long waiting time to get repairs happening. It's a good idea to trouble shoot any appliance faults yourself, before you call them up. Otherwise, they are the best in coffee machine repairs.
