Amazing quality and service here at Brazilian Butterfly. I have always been happy with my experience. All the girls are lovely and go out of their way to make sure you leave happy and are satisfied :-)

So these guys are great for people who haven't waxed before. They get you started in the maintenance area and are quite helpful. However twice I've been here and they haven't done what I'd asked, also they're very expensive and after a long time of waxing I kept getting ingrowns even though I did everything they said and spent tonnes on their products. Still better than most places.

These guys are great. I've been going to them for 10 years (they used be in another suburb). Great service. Very rarely running late. A bit pricey, but they are a supreme service & wouldn't think of going any where else. Very friendly staff also.

A friend of mine was getting married and I was one of the bridesmaid. As part of the preparation, we arranged to get a group spray tan and Brazilian Butterfly in Mentone was highly recommended.

We all got our spray tans and I must say, I was really impressed. The bride and the bridesmaid all looked amazing. The best thing was the spray tan actually looked real. I have seen some real disasters in my days where your skin looks orange and you look like an Oompa Loompa.

Anytime I have a big social event or go away on holidays, I usually pay a visit to Brazilian Butterfly to get a spray tan.

Approximate cost: $45

I visited to Brazilian Butterfly on the weekend and had one of my best wax. I am always worried when I visit a new salon as I have extremely sensitive skin and usually get very irritated after treatments. First of all, I called 2 hours before and the girls fit me into their busy schedule leading up to a long weekend.

Secondly, the salon was hygienic and clean (I'm very fussy) and music made for a pumping atmosphere.

But onto the wax, I was nervous because I hadn't been waxed in a little over three months but the therapist, Alice calmed me down and talked to me throughout the thing. She told me about the different waxes she uses, about how to help my sensitive skin, etc. She was a very professional and help me take my mind off the waxing.

She also gave me some great advice about aftercare. Also, I thought that I would be extremely red and irritated afterwards but I wasn't! I used the tea tree wash they recommended and I also bought the BB soothe which helps with ingrown (which I always get). So far so good.

I have officially ditched my other waxing salon even though they were $10 cheaper. I guess you get what you pay for.

Approximate cost: $50
