Chai lattes from here are yummy and they have some good options for breakfast. Nice to sit outside on their deck in good weather and have a few drinks with friends

Highly recommend the calamari salad from here. It has a delicious spice mix on it and the greens mix is really good (not just boring lettuce). I love this for a casual lunch. <3

Try the prawn tacos from here. Super yummy and highly recommended. Good spot for a local drink as well. Close to Hampton Station, open until late during the week and they have heaters outside as well. Love it

Coffee is good from here I think they have recently changed their blend. Service is friendly and they remember locals

I came here with a friend and we had just missed breakfast. We asked if we could get the smashed avocado with eggs on toast (breakfast). They advised us they couldn't make it because we missed breakfast and they had thrown the water for poached eggs away?! They said they could perhaps make just plain avocado on toast. They ended up bringing us this and when we went to pay tried to charge us full price for both meals, without giving us eggs. We weren't happy to pay $18 each for just avocado on toast and said they don't usually discount menu items or alter them in any way. The lady manager on at the time, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I won't be back again as they don't care about their customers

Like some of the other reviewers on here, I think that Brown Cow offers some great options, the location is good but that there isn't any real competition and so they have started to let their game slip a bit, which is a real shame.

It's a place to go on Hampton Street; that's pretty much it. They are a little overpriced for what you are ordering too. My favourite thing is the tandoori chicken pizza - Yum yum yum! The outdoor seating is fantastic in warm weather :)

Brown Cow used to be amazing for food and coffee but find it a bit over-priced to be honest! There are a few nice dishes on their menu. The calamari salad is my favourite and you can't go wrong with it! Service is generally friendly and good.

food is normally good but nothing amazing, to be honest I think it's generally overrated and there are many better options around hampton street with a lower pricetag. I had a fish meal and have been here for breakfast wasn't a huge fan that said my boyfriend had the lamb backstrap and he loved it!
