Have had mixed experiences here. Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. On my last visit, the food wasn't good - I had arancini and although they were fresh and hot, they were tasteless and didn't have a great texture. The tomato sauce was watery and uninspiring. Service (in terms of friendliness) is hit and miss too. All in all, I'm in no hurry to return

4 of us girls dine here at 5pm before we go to the local cinemas. Also its less noisy at that time as not so crowded. What I really appreciate is that staff do go out of their way to provide salads & main meals that suit my allergies. Sometimes the manager can be a bit grumpy but this last visit she was charmingly helpful even with using their new computer system. All meals were of excellent quality , we get 2 large meals to serve between 4 as the meals are quite big. We ask for half size of the rocket & spinach otherwise its overwhelming. We really enjoyed the chicken, walnut & spinach salad, very tasty. Entertainment vouchers are cheerfully accepted.

A huge indoor seating area with some seating outside as well. Have visited a few times and have always had great food. This time had arancini balls which were delicious. Didn't have time for dessert but the array of chocolates, cakes and pastries looked impressive. Due to its size, this wouldn't be the spot I'd pick for a romantic dinner but very nice for meeting friends for lunch or going out with a group for the evening. Their cocktail list looked very interesting too.

Needed to be in the city over the lunch period so decided to have the chicken and pumpkin risotto here. Nice cafe well presented with friendly staff and the tables were cleared promptly. Enjoyed the meal (as expected) and the coffee to follow. Nice visiting different places.

I cannot express how great this place is, my girlfriend and I love it. The garlic prawns are a must have and their pizzas are awesome, so fresh, well presented and absolutely mouthwatering, bursting with flavour. My girlfriend especially likes their dessert pizzas, always a must have.

The service and quality of our meals are always outstanding, have been many times with friends, never any reason to complain as everything is always perfect.

Highly recommend.

Came here for the first time on New Years Eve. Have been to the Glynde one a few times but I think I prefer the Rundle St cafe even though its even noisier.
The 3 of us had pasta of the day which was prawns with fettucini in a light dill sauce. YUM! 2 of us got 7 good sized prawns and the other had 6. $26.90 per generous serve.
I ordered a small bottle of wine which was excellent value for $6.90.
Their desert selection is enormous but I couldn't go past their Griottine. $6.90. Best way to describe it is - light chocolate mousse on thin layer of chocolate cake with maccino cherry centre, covered in chocolate ganache and topped with maraccino cherry on stem. Indulgent but light.MMM!
Unfortunately I'm addicted to Berry Crushes thanks to Boost juice so decided to try this one. Sorry guys, as nice as it was, no real flavour to it.
Over all though a great experience and happy to visit again.

Still one of the greats and still always full all the time.
And I'm still a member so I can get unlimited $2 coffees. I wish more places around Adelaide did something like this. I mean I'm sure they still make a tidy amount of profit at this price. And they would be able to sell more, so why not?

This place is your one stop shop for Italian.
Coffee, food and a huge cabinet of deserts. They do a very good pizza which is what we had this time. I've heard that their other mains are good, but I'll have to wait and try.
If you're a member you'll get $2 dollar coffees.

I always come to this restaurant for catch ups with friends. The food is tasty and well priced. The food comes out at a reasonable time even when the restaurant is filled. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only time I had a problem was when i went with a group of around 16 and our meals all came out separately with about 30 minutes difference between the first dish and the last dish which meant many people had finished their meals when others had just started. But granted, it was very busy and there were many large groups there that night.
