Worst customer service that I have received from an online retailer yet. Purchased the UppaBaby Vista 2015 lower adaptor... The way I interpreted the bubs and grubs website led me to think that I could place my standard UppaBaby vista 2015 seat on this adaptor. After speaking with customer service they mentioned that it is only designed for use with the bassinet. Reading the description above there is no mention anywhere about only being compatible with the bassinet. Upon requesting a refund they mentioned that “we do not refund for change of mind or making an incorrect choice” That’s a great way to ensure your customers have a positive Customer Experience. Thank you Bub’s and Grubs I will not be back and hope this servers as a warning to other potential customers. Get it right or your own your own. There are many other websites that offer the same product at the same price… do yourself a favour and spend a few more minutes and buy from another website

They tell you 1 thing to get you in store to buy then wont honour their quote when it comes time to collect

The range of products is great including prams, cots, change tables, Manchester, wraps and gift ware.
The website has great information including some videos showing the qualities of the product.
Excellent service! We purchased majority of our baby furniture from Bubs and grubs online. It was all freighted promptly and we received it with no hassles. Even after postage, it was still cheaper than other stores.
Have bought a few things from these guys over the last couple of years. One being a very comfy nursing chair which still gets used for story time and still maintains great quality! Also, bought a quicksmart stroller and comfort pack which has been great for the many flights we've had with our toddler and holiday trips! Their website has some great deals compared to other online baby stores.
I brought a beautiful baby change table & besides being a spectacular colour it keeps everything we need for bub super organised. Ordered it on the internet picked it up no fuss the next day. Fast & convenient. Great!

Hello Alexander, As our team explained to you - it is compatible with the seat and bassinet. The issue was that you want to place the LARGE Seat on the BOTTOM position. The Bottom Position on your stroller is for either a bassinet or a Rumble Seat - not the larger original seat. We never advertised you could use the larger seat in the lower position or do anything of the kind. The Vista Stroller is NOT designed to do this. It has nothing to do with the adaptor. The User manual for your stroller which you purchased elsewhere explains all the configurations available for your stroller. Unfortunately, you did not take advantage of our live chat, email, help desk or local phone support offered before you placed your order to see if you could do exactly what you wanted to do. We do not sell items to customer that have been opened and / or used - part of our offering to our customers is a guarantee that everything they purchase from us is brand new and never opened or used. Feedback from our customers in the baby industry was that this was a key issue for our market and due to customer feedback we adopted this policy.
