I wish to compliment a lady named Stacey in the paint department at Bunnings Rothwell. Her knowledge of the products is outstanding and she is always so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is always courteous with a big smile. What a great asset to Bunnings business.

I have been going to this particular Bunnings for the last 12 Months, The fella's in the "Lawn-Mowing" area really know there stuff, to the point of contacting me - if they think I maybe interested in any specials or product coming out. The prices are what you expect, in regard to a company like this - so no surprises there, its just the Customer Service - that needs to be Acknowledged. Its difficult times out there, so its nice to be made to feel appreciated, even if you are a Small Business like myself. Thanks to all the Staff. Well Done.

I was in the garden dept, searching and by no means do I have a green thumb! So I start looking for some staff to give me some advice but to no avail, finally found a lady and thought she is of mature age, she'll no her stuff...Oh she could answer a question...but that's all she wanted to do! I ended up buying a plant that I already had as it was one of those plants that say leave me alone, my kind of plant. I took it to the counter and thought I would try and see if he could offer any information, he just laughed and said hhmm, yeah, no, ha ha ha. What a joke, they have a great range of things at Bunnings, you just have to go there knowing what you want, because as far as service goes there is none!

I just love browsing here! There are so many things to see, and I usually find something of a bargain when I'm in there. The car park is great, because it's very big. The customer service in this store is among the best I have experienced. We laways stop here first when looking for any type of hardware, cleaning supplies, paint, outdoor gear/furniture, and of course their garden centre. We recently planted a climbing flower in the front of the house. We bought pots, potting mix, and lattice. The staff were very helpful and suggested we use hanging pot hooks to put up the lattice. We also got some green twist ties to pull them together. It turned out great, and is looking like it will be flowering in the next year. We also got a few tools we needed for a bargain price as they were discounted on that day. I love looking at their catalogues too, and read them regularly on the net.

This is a great place to browse and get all your hardware, cleaning, plants, lighting etc in one place. They are very competitive on price and run workshops to teach DYIs to do tasks at home. I always go here first for my needs and read all their catalogues when they get delivered.

Great store with friendly staff that are always willing to help! I always find what I need with no dramas + with the additional information that the staff help me with :)
Competitive prices and they often have good specials & bargains around too if you check out the catalog before entering.

I ALWAYS GO TO THIS STORE FOR A WIDE RANGE OF THINGS I NEED, I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM THEY HAVE HELPFUL FRIENDLY STAFF TO HELP ME FIND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR & IF I CAN'T CARRY IT OUT MYSELF THEY WILL TAKE IT TO THE CAR FOR ME, WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS ANYTHING FROM NAILS TO GARDEN STUFF
