Best burgers in Melbourne by far, onion rings are wicked, always on time drivers are cool as - highly recommend you try these guys

I will never forget the horrendous service I received from this company. First they took over 45 minutes to deliver when they estimated 30. Which is fine. 15 mins isn’t bad. But it was wrong order. They said they’ll replace it. Never came. I called and asked why? Girl on phone “oh I’m so sorry. One moment.” Then I can hear her talking to managment about the girl on the phone re wrong order. He is SCREAMING at her and swearing. Then gets on the phone to me And says “look we are busy ok. You stuffed up the order. Wasn’t our fault”. I’d been a customer for ages, ordering weekly. I didn’t mess it up. They did. They said I can either wait until they’re ready to sent out another one if they get time, or deal with it.
Pls keep in mind that when I called about the wrong order 1st they apologised and said they’ll replace it and be there asap. I waited from 6pm, until hours later. Possibly around 8:30 from memory. They never even called me to let me know they changed they mind and weren’t coming. I posted in a local community group and others said they had experienced bad attitude from what appeared to be the management. Others had raw burgers.

Never again will I ever give these terrible people my money. My child (6), partner and I were starving waiting for dinner that never came. I then had to pay another $50 for another business to provide takeout. And never got a refund.

in my entire life I have never given a bad review besides one other time. Ever. Even when service was bad. He was so abusive to his staff, so mean to me, so dismissive and rude, and I wasted so much money for nothing. I have worked in hospitality before for multiple years. And also customer service for another 3. And I’ve studied business. This was an utter disgrace. If any of my employees acted like this, they’d be out of a job.

Stuff this place.

Really good juicy burgers and crispy thick cut fries. Battered onion rings. Big variety in types of burgers including lamb burgers. A no frills place. Out door seats and a few inside. Lots of take away trade.

I ordered from here last night and I have to say I was quite disappointed. Delivery took over an hour. I ordered the 'ring' burger. The chicken tasted really fake and dry and there were too many jalapeños and sauce. Chips were nice but not amazing :-(

We need half scores! This place is pretty good, the burgers aren't wow factor but theyre definitely better than your average burger and also plenty of variety... the chips though and secret sauce definitely are! Service is always good and DELIVERY= perfect for a lazy cheat meal night in

These guys have the BEST burger rings. I generally don't like them at all but they are pretty dam good. Try a burger too. I usually order off Menulog and they provide some good deals to order for 2 people plus.

Our family go quite regularly to Burger Boss to get take away (it isn't really set up for dinning in) and we have found that the quality of the food is consistently good.
The folks behind the counter are really friendly and remember my order when I come in the next time. I find to feed a family of 4 takes about $35 once everyone get a burger and a side of chips which isn't exactly cheap but not much take away now is. I like the burgers here so I come back regularly.

To be honest It they do have some good qualities eg the service (which is unusual as i find the service in Melbourne to be of low quality but the food was just awful dry patty, onion rings that were clearly not made by them eg from a frozen packet I could do that myself So no i would not ever order anything from here again even though they do deliver.

We received a menu for Burger Boss in our letterbox this week. We'd never heard of it before, but everything sounded pretty enticing so we decided to try it tonight for dinner.

We visited the store on Highett Road and made a takeaway order. The staff member who greeted us was really friendly and helped by making suggestions as he could tell we were first time customers.

I had the Double Bacon Cheese burger plus onion rings, and my husband had the Boss Burger plus chips. We also both got a small tub of Ben and Jerry's ice cream (my fave! yum!)

They were pretty busy but we didn't have to wait too long for our order. Everything is freshly made and cooked so it's definitely worth the wait.

The onion rings were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Lightly battered and super fresh and crispy, I've never had onion rings that good before. They're a meal in themselves, definitely recommended. I thought my burger was really delicious too, although perhaps a little big for me (I ate it all, though, yum!) My husband really enjoyed his burger and chips too. The prices are really reasonable, considering the freshness and size of the servings.

All up, a really good find in the local area. They also do local delivery so that's definitely something to keep in mind for the future. It's so nice to try a new business and be pleasantly surprised by it!
