When Lee was running the place, I’d give them 5 stars. Since she left and the business changed owners, myself and several of my friends that I had recommended the place to, were really disappointed.
One time I saw a client ask whether they got new management. They said no. Client said “you’ve got multiple new staff, new manager, Lee is gone... you’ve changed the layout of the shop, the quality isn’t the same, just be honest please? Your clients deserve to know.”
she was mad and they acted as if she was crazy. Two weeks later a new girl was doing my nails and spilled the beans. New management. Lee wasn’t coming back.
Wait times started becoming a lot longer even if you’d made an appointment. They’d take a walk in and leave you soaking in acetone for 30 mins.

HOWEVER, out of the 50 times I have been there, I’ve had about 5 bad experiences. So that should say something. Which is why I have given them a 3. Before this it would’ve been 5.

They have lots of nail art type stuff for your nails. Chrome. rose gold foil. The metallic strip stickers. Glitter. Holographic. Colour changing. Their hygiene practices have always been great too. With an emphasis on being exceptionally careful with diabetics to ensure the utmost safety.

Depending on who you get, it may be alright. Or it could be bad. Or it could be fabulous. Some of my best nails have been in this place. It’s just really hit and miss now.

I will never forget the horrendous service I received from this company. First they took over 45 minutes to deliver when they estimated 30. Which is fine. 15 mins isn’t bad. But it was wrong order. They said they’ll replace it. Never came. I called and asked why? Girl on phone “oh I’m so sorry. One moment.” Then I can hear her talking to managment about the girl on the phone re wrong order. He is SCREAMING at her and swearing. Then gets on the phone to me And says “look we are busy ok. You stuffed up the order. Wasn’t our fault”. I’d been a customer for ages, ordering weekly. I didn’t mess it up. They did. They said I can either wait until they’re ready to sent out another one if they get time, or deal with it.
Pls keep in mind that when I called about the wrong order 1st they apologised and said they’ll replace it and be there asap. I waited from 6pm, until hours later. Possibly around 8:30 from memory. They never even called me to let me know they changed they mind and weren’t coming. I posted in a local community group and others said they had experienced bad attitude from what appeared to be the management. Others had raw burgers.

Never again will I ever give these terrible people my money. My child (6), partner and I were starving waiting for dinner that never came. I then had to pay another $50 for another business to provide takeout. And never got a refund.

in my entire life I have never given a bad review besides one other time. Ever. Even when service was bad. He was so abusive to his staff, so mean to me, so dismissive and rude, and I wasted so much money for nothing. I have worked in hospitality before for multiple years. And also customer service for another 3. And I’ve studied business. This was an utter disgrace. If any of my employees acted like this, they’d be out of a job.

Stuff this place.

Their sukiyaki is seriously AMAZING!!!!!!!

also, their sushi rolls (California rolls whatever you want to call them) are great too. Not many places offer plain cucumber which is great for a fussy child.

have been going for over 10 years! Maureen is lovely, great to chat to, super friendly. Her massages and facials are excellent.
