Great food, but the burgers are so expensive! Like on average $14 a burger, but their chips are really cheap!

Oh my god, Yum. We popped in to Burger Theory for lunch and it was such a good decision! It looks like just a typical fast food burger joint, however the quality and flavour was more than we expected. We both ordered #2 burger meals. The chips were those well salted crispy deep fried ones you see at fish and chip shops. The burgers, which were the stars, were perfect. They consisted of medium rare cooked beef patties (which were not minced too finely, so still felt like meat), smoked bacon, sweet caramelised onion, and a creamy blue cheese sauce. The brioche was golden and crispy on the outside and soft and fresh. Perfect.

Was in town with my son purchasing a new laptop when he suggested we grab a couple of burgers from here because he heard they were extremely good. We were not disappointed, not a bad burger joint, many different one to choose from, decent size, tasted fresh and certainly hit the spot. We loved the sauce and service was fairly quick. Would definitely try another burger when in town next.

There's something good about working close by. Can always monitor the weekly burger specials.
However, I usually just go for the Number 1. Love that truck sauce... made from real trucks.
There's been a few times that people I've been with have queried the colour of the meat, but each and every time the staff tell us that it's fresh meat and it's cooked medium rare for the best taste. It's a blessing sometimes that I'm colourblind. Don't need to worry about these trivial things.

I went here for lunch with friends yesterday and I will say that the service was excellent but my burger was lacking, my meat was still pink inside. One of my friends sent his back as it was so undercooked. But besides that they did taste ok, just nothing special compared to the other burgers places I have tried.

Went there over a week ago to try out their burgers.
Since I am going through a burger faze my partner bringing me to all the burger places he think is good.
My partner absolutely loves this place. He always compliment there sauce. I cant' say that I feel the same though.
When I had the first bite of my burger it was tasty and definitely did rank as one of my top 10 favourite places. However when I bit towards the middle of the patty I realised it was still red. I got my partner to speak to the staff there and they advised me that this was normal and that they had cook the patty medium rare. I was surprised because in Sydney all my burger patties are cooked until done. No medium and definitely not medium rare's.
The staff was happy to take the burger back and give me another one but I just said it was okay and continue eating. I had a couple more bites and gave the rest of the burger to my partner who happily finished it.
Guess he was happy about it. As for me I don't think this would be one of my first preferences.

This is Burger Theory's new Restaurant, Burgers are very tasty, but having had the vegetarian burger I was quite disappointed with how little filling there was in it. Look forward to trying the frozen custard when it arrives though
