Great Service.
This place has air conditioning which is why I went as it was during Sydneys heat wave. The food and service were great.
Toilets were ok, not as clean as they should be.
Great coffee and friendly staff.
They didn't mind us being there for a few hours.

Approximate cost: $15

This is a lovely, cosy cafe with plenty of seating indoors, and some outdoors. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is safe and comfy. Wonderful decor. I had a platter, which I found to be good, though a little costly.

The food is always good, the cheesecake and strawberry tart are to die for! The staff are great and the cafe has a lovely warm feel to it, perfect. Except I find it to be quite pricey, and I rarely go there just for dessert anymore (but I do give in to temptation every now and then) because 2 coffees and 2 cakes came to nearly $30 which is just too much, for that money I can get a meal but, despite that I keep on coming back. Its one of the 'better' cafes in newtown, and it deserves its praise!

Went to this place for dessert after having dinner elsewhere and the options are plentiful. The cakes are delicious and fresh with options catering a true sweet tooth. There is also gelato and the lunch menu is all vegetarian/vegan food I think. The ambience of this place is really nice and cosy. Definitely one of the better cafes in Newtown where you really get what you pay for! :)

I love having coffee and cake here. Cosy atmosphere with beautiful cakes. The coffee is good and the chai tea is even better. A huge draw is that they actually bake the cakes (vs. the generic catered cakes you get at a lot of other cafes) and the chai is home brewed as well.

Only been a handful of times but the coffee seems to be pretty decent and food above average although on the pricey side. I like the fact that they bake all their cakes and goodies in house.
