All of our electrical equipment is tested and tagged regularly and our team members are trained to provide you with the adequate safety and operational knowledge to ensure your product hire is all smooth sailing. We don't just show up and dump our products on your doorstep!

All of Castleman jumping castles meet and exceed the current requirements of Australian Standards

Castleman electrical equipment is regularly tested and tagged in accordance with current legislation
All Castleman products are professionally cleaned and sanitised after every hire
Friendly, experienced and professional customer service with extended contact hours is standard with Castleman
- All Castleman staff hold current Working with Childrens Check
- All Castleman staff hold current police checks and are redone every 6 months.
- Castleman are fully insured for public liability on all of our equipment
- Full adult supervision is available (just ask for rates)
- Shade & rain covers have been added to most of our children's castles to protect them from harmful uv rays and continue the party should light rain show up.

- Castleman service all of Sydney including free delivery
- Our pricing includes full setup, training, pack down and collection of all hire items
- Original, vibrant designs ensure your children won't get bored easily
- We send out a post hire survey request after each hire, and keep an updated report on what people think about our products! If you would like to see a copy of our report please request it from us and we will be more then happy to send it across to you.
