Fantastic castle and fantastic customer service. They went beyond the call of duty and helped my frozen theme party to be one of the best I have seen, through a frozen castle, an appearance by olaf, frozen themed face painting and they helped me locate where to get the best frozen party decorations for cheap!

What great customer service both Shannon and Nathan have! We lost my mother just before the party and we had to cancel, and Shannon was the most sympathetic person, and they even delivered some flowers to us with a condolence card. Thank you will use you guys again thats for sure!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The castles are clean and the customer service we received from the guy named Shannon when we called up was amazing. Even with changing dates last minute, he helped and didn't even charge us extra to do so!
