Disgraceful customer service I would not recommend them very unreliable and rude. My booking was cancelled for no valid reason I had confirmed the booking the week of the party, the business assured me it was confirmed. When the castle didn't arrive and I contacted them they advised my order was cancelled. Shame on you Castleman very disappointed
The package we had with the castle, popcorn machine and face painter was fantastic value. Everything arrived on time and was picked up as promised. Will definatley be using again!

I will highly recommend these guys to the moon and back! We will be doing the long term hire agreement with you guys as discussed for next year, as you proved how reliable you guys are, how clean your castles, and the new range coming in that you showed me photos of, looks amazing! Look forward to working together in the future for all my child care centres :) I'm glad my husband was able to tow you guys home, and I hope your sunday client understood and didn't do anything bad!

What a great company! We hired on Saturday from them and the castle was beautiful and clean, and the face painter did really well. The kids faces and arms all looked fabulous! Will recommend!
What a great company, there vehicle broke down as they had just finished picking up the castle from our house, but because they are great guys, and they gave us a good price on the castle, I helped tow them back to their warehouse! Its just lucky that I own my own tow truck. I will be hiring again off you guys soon! hope the transmission is repaired soon for you guys as I know you need the work horse on the road!

As you can see we have never had a negative review and this is why this baffling me and if you were really a customer of ours I would be able to call you but I have searched all that information in our system and your not popping up at all.
Please do contact me on 0401134347 I have no idea how you have no record when I spoke to your assistant on the phone they were well aware of my booking and advised me it was cancelled as u had not confirmed it by 8 pm the night before. I asked for a callback as this wanted to speak to the manager as you can imagine at that point in time I was angry and flustered with moments before all the kids and guests arrived. He said no promises on resolving the situation not even a courtesy call back
Hi Maria, I have tried calling you today, but there was no answer and your phone doesn't seem to allow voice messages just for it to send a text message with phone number.
I am still struggling to find you in our system (if we cancel a job the customer file still stays in our system and we can run a search for names, phone numbers, suburbs etc).
