Disgraceful customer service I would not recommend them very unreliable and rude. My booking was cancelled for no valid reason I had confirmed the booking the week of the party, the business assured me it was confirmed. When the castle didn't arrive and I contacted them they advised my order was cancelled. Shame on you Castleman very disappointed

What a great company! We hired on Saturday from them and the castle was beautiful and clean, and the face painter did really well. The kids faces and arms all looked fabulous! Will recommend!

What a great company, there vehicle broke down as they had just finished picking up the castle from our house, but because they are great guys, and they gave us a good price on the castle, I helped tow them back to their warehouse! Its just lucky that I own my own tow truck. I will be hiring again off you guys soon! hope the transmission is repaired soon for you guys as I know you need the work horse on the road!
