I have only been a customer of Catch of the Day for a short time. I recently purchased a few items through this website and can't wait to give them to my children for their Birthdays.

I've been a regular customer of Catch of the Day for some time. Unfortunately it seems to be a bit hit and miss. Sometimes deliveries are super prompt, but mostly they take more than a week to deliver. Brand name products are of appropriate quality but other items are cheap and nasty and a bit of a disappointment when they arrive.

I've had one warranty claim (on a netbook) which was well managed.

Communication is terrible! It's very difficult to determine how to contact COTD if you have a question or an issue and responses take a long time. Even the Facebook page isn't the best way to communicate with them. This area needs a great deal of improvement.

Packaging is always excellent, I've never had anything arrive broken or go missing.

I'd like to see a customer loyalty program.

Catch of the day is a good site to sign up to, they always have new deals and you can I have got some real bargins from here

This site has a different deal every day, which is announced at 12 noon. You have to be quick, as stock does sell out quickly. Have purchased some good brand name products at really reduced prices. You have to know your products, sizing & what the retail value is to know if it's worthwhile once you add postage. Good site to pick up the odd bargain.

This is one of things where the discount is actually worth something. A lot of other places have "sales", but you are only usually saving 10% or less, or the products are no-name brands that aren't worth your time.

This place, on the other hand, has big discounts on good quality stuff. It's amazing the value you can get. Of course they are only picking up opportune stuff so it's not like you can pick what you want. But if you are not in a hurry and bide your time, they will usually bring up a deal you want within a few weeks.

I once bought a product that was a complete dud, and they were excellent about refunding it (I didn't even have to post it back to them). So that has allayed my concerns about that.

So this is one of the few email newsletters I have not un-subscribed to.

the products that catch of the day offer are amazing, well priced and varied. the deals you can get are truly money savers and when they have a big range to choose from with a fixed shipping rate you can save tonnes. well worth the daily look.

I have ordered heaps of things through this website - a few disappointing purchases but they have been sent back and money credited to my account (less postage). A number of great savings made, two notable purchases were a sat-nav and ipod dock that are still working a few years later!

I love catch of the day! They sell the best stuff for a fraction of the price and delivery is always fast! I only usually wait 3 days which is fantastic!
